Open Haus Editing provides real estate video post-production services to media companies, typically through fixed monthly retainers. Service scope, turnaround, and deliverables are described on our Services page and in any agreement you enter with us.

Payments are processed by our payment providers, who handle invoicing and tax collection where applicable. Your subscription renews on a recurring basis until cancelled.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any applicable taxes.

You agree not to misuse the site or services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them for unlawful purposes.

Footage and source material you provide remain yours. Final edited deliverables are licensed to you upon payment. Our site content, branding, and systems remain the property of Open Haus Editing.

The site and services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Haus Editing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
