Refund Policy

Where a trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.

If you believe a charge was made in error, or work has not been delivered as agreed, contact us within a reasonable period and we will review your request in good faith. Completed and delivered work is generally non-refundable.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

To request a refund or raise a billing concern, email hello@openhausediting.com with your order or tracking details. Refunds, where approved, are issued to your original payment method.
